When you first encounter our work, it may seem like deep stretching or body release. We call it Gravity Stretch. But the deeper you go, the clearer it becomes — this is a process that touches you as a whole. Your body. Your nervous system. Your emotions. And ultimately, who you believe yourself to be.

Born from ancient Slavic wisdom.

Gravity Stretch did not emerge from a vacuum. Its roots reach back to an ancient body work system originating from Slavic culture — a time when training the body and spirit was integral to life, not a separate practice.

The roots come from the Old Slavic word "Prav" — signifying order, truth, and universal balance. It referred to a state where a person is in harmony with themselves and the world.

Ancient Slavic warriors used similar practices to prepare body and mind for situations where there was no room for hesitation. They trained not just for strength, but the ability to remain present under extreme pressure. To endure tension without breaking — and to release what hindered movement, both physically and internally.

Nav — The Physical World

The visible, tangible body. The place where all patterns are ultimately stored, expressed, and released through movement and position.

Prav — The Ancestral Layer

The subconscious and ancestral world. Inherited patterns, unspoken stories, and emotions passed through generations that live in the body.

Slav — The Order Above

The higher level of balance and universal order. Pravilo was a way to move between these levels through the body and restore natural harmony.

Your body remembers everything.

The body does not forget. All experiences that could not be fully lived through — suppressed emotions, interrupted reactions, adaptations — remain stored in the body. Not as thoughts. As patterns.

These patterns live in the fascia: the connective tissue network that unifies the entire body into a single whole. Fascia is not just a physical structure. It is a living, sensitive, adaptive system that reacts to pressure and holds information.

The tensions you feel are not accidental. They are the stories the body keeps. When the body finally stops resisting during the Gravity Stretch process, the fascia begins to change. It doesn't tear open — it opens. Movement returns. Warmth emerges. And along with them, emotions begin to release.

Trauma is not what happened. Trauma is what remained stuck in the body. Gravity Stretch creates the conditions where trapped energy can finally move through to completion.

Every session follows a natural arc — not a fixed sequence, but a living process that moves through these territories in its own time.

Resistance

The body meets the unfamiliar. Pain, tension, or anxiety may arise. The urge to leave is real. This is the doorway.

Surrender

Breath by breath, control is released. The body stops fighting what it cannot change. A deeper listening begins.

Opening

The fascia changes. Warmth, movement, and flow emerge. Emotions rise and pass. The body releases what it held.

Identity Shift

As the body lets go of old tension, part of the old identity dissolves with it. This can feel both liberating and entirely unknown.

Integration

The body is open. The nervous system is sensitive. Silence, nature, and simply being help embrace the new experience.
