When you first encounter our work, it may seem like deep stretching or body release. We call it Gravity Stretch. But the deeper you go, the clearer it becomes — this is a process that touches you as a whole. Your body. Your nervous system. Your emotions. And ultimately, who you believe yourself to be.
Gravity Stretch did not emerge from a vacuum. Its roots reach back to an ancient body work system originating from Slavic culture — a time when training the body and spirit was integral to life, not a separate practice.
The roots come from the Old Slavic word "Prav" — signifying order, truth, and universal balance. It referred to a state where a person is in harmony with themselves and the world.
Ancient Slavic warriors used similar practices to prepare body and mind for situations where there was no room for hesitation. They trained not just for strength, but the ability to remain present under extreme pressure. To endure tension without breaking — and to release what hindered movement, both physically and internally.
The visible, tangible body. The place where all patterns are ultimately stored, expressed, and released through movement and position.
The subconscious and ancestral world. Inherited patterns, unspoken stories, and emotions passed through generations that live in the body.
